What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how IPTVBase.de processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect the minimum amount of data needed to deliver an IPTV subscription and answer support questions: name and email through the order form, plus the contents of any message you send us. Web analytics through Google Analytics 4 only run if you give an active opt-in through the cookie banner. We do not sell personal data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not share data with third parties beyond the hosting provider (Hostinger) and our payment processor.
You can request access, correction, restriction, deletion or portability of your data at any time by writing to info@iptvbase.de, and you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your member state. 3. Bestellformular und Kontaktformulare
Wenn Sie unser Bestellformular, das Reseller-Formular oder das Kontaktformular nutzen, werden folgende Daten erhoben und über einen Google-Apps-Script-Webhook verarbeitet:
- Vor- und Nachname
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Gewähltes Abonnement (nur Bestellformular)
- Nachricht (nur Kontakt- und Reseller-Formular)
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung / Vertragserfüllung) für das Bestellformular; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigte Interessen) für Kontakt- und Reseller-Anfragen.
Die Daten werden über Google LLC (Google Apps Script / Google Workspace, USA) verarbeitet. Die Übermittlung in Drittländer erfolgt auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO).
Speicherdauer: Bestelldaten werden gemäß § 147 AO / § 257 HGB 10 Jahre aufbewahrt. Kontaktanfragen werden nach abschließender Bearbeitung, spätestens nach 12 Monaten, gelöscht.

GA4 analysiert die Nutzung unserer Website mithilfe von Cookies. Die dabei erzeugten Daten (Seitenaufrufe, Verweildauer, Geräteinformationen) werden an Server von Google übertragen. Wir haben die IP-Anonymisierung aktiviert. Google verarbeitet diese Daten als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO).

6. Hosting
Diese Website wird bei Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Zypern, gehostet. Dabei werden technische Zugriffsdaten (IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, aufgerufene URL, Browserinformationen) in Server-Logs gespeichert.
